Prices and charges
All prices, subscription fees, membership charges, booking charges, cancellation charges and other fees will be displayed before the user completes a purchase. Prices are stated in South African Rand unless otherwise indicated.
Payment methods
Payment may be made through the payment methods displayed on the Platform. By making payment, the user may also be required to accept the payment processor's applicable terms.
DASH will use a payment system that is appropriate and secure with reference to the transaction type and accepted technological standards.
Subscriptions and renewals
Where a user purchases a recurring subscription, the subscription will renew automatically for the renewal period disclosed at checkout unless cancelled in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
The billing cycle, renewal date, minimum subscription term, notice period, cancellation method and any fixed-term arrangement will be disclosed clearly before purchase.
Cancellations by the user
Cancellation will not automatically refund amounts already paid unless a refund is required by law or expressly allowed under this Policy.
If the subscription is fixed-term or subject to a minimum period, any early-cancellation charge will be reasonable and compliant with the CPA.
Class or booking cancellations
Class, session or facility booking cancellation rules may differ depending on the club, instructor, class type or offer.
A cancellation charge should be reasonable and should take into account the nature of the booking, the notice provided and whether the place can reasonably be reallocated.
Refunds and credits
Refund requests may be sent to camerontomlin@gmail.com. DASH may request the account details, transaction reference, reason for the request and supporting information.
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider and bank.
DASH will offer account credits where appropriate, provided that this does not deprive a consumer of a non-excludable statutory refund right.
Electronic-transaction cooling-off rights
Where ECTA applies to an electronic transaction and no exclusion applies, a consumer may be entitled to cancel a service transaction without reason and without penalty within seven days after conclusion of the agreement.
ECTA provides that the section 44 cooling-off right does not apply to services that began with the consumer's consent before the end of the seven-day period. The checkout flow should therefore require express confirmation if services, app access, digital content or bookings begin immediately after purchase.
Where a statutory cooling-off right applies, any refund must be processed in accordance with the applicable law.
Direct-marketing cooling-off rights
Where a transaction results from direct marketing and the CPA applies, the consumer may have a separate right to rescind the transaction within five business days after the later of conclusion of the transaction or delivery of the goods, subject to the CPA and any interaction with ECTA.
Failed payments and chargebacks
If a payment fails, DASH may attempt collection again, notify the user, suspend access, cancel bookings or terminate the subscription after reasonable notice where required.
A user must contact DASH before reversing or disputing a valid charge. DASH may suspend or restrict an account during investigation of suspected fraud, abuse, payment failure or chargeback misuse.
Changes to fees
DASH may change fees for future subscription periods or future purchases. Where a price change affects an existing recurring subscription, DASH should give reasonable advance notice and allow cancellation where required by law or the applicable subscription terms.
